🔸 Tanggung jawab

Bertanggungjawab untuk kelancaran check-in, chek-out, pembukuan semua transaksi dan report
Menyampaikan permintaan Wake Up Call
Menyampaikan kepada semua department mengenai permintaan sleep out dan menyampaikan peraturan sleep out kepada Tamu
Berkoordinasi dengan Housekeeping mengenai kebutuhan Tamu dan mencatatnya sesuai dengan prosedur kerja
Memberikan informasi dan pelayanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Tamu

🔸 Kualifikasi

Minimal SMK dan atau D3/ S1/ Bahasa Jepang
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Front Office/Receptionist di Hotel
Fasih Berbahasa Jepang lisan & tulisan
Lancar berbahasa Ingggis, lisan dan tulisan
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dan memahami Sistem Booking Hotel
Berkepribadian baik dan memiliki jiwa melayani
Menguasai Grooming
Bersedia bekerja shifting (Pagi & Siang)
Pengalaman Kerja 1 tahun

🔸 Job Description

Perform intensive marketing research to identify potential new market and opportunities
Build strong network to ensure sales performance
Maintain existing accounts and establishes new accounts database by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunity, including canvassing if necessary
Doing the call the market the product and services available to the customer
Establishing corporate clients database by presenting company profiles to corporate contact
Making Sales Report
Achieve target sets by the company

🔸 Job Requirements

Maximum 35 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
Fluently in Japanese Language is MUST
Must have experience in Sales Executive for HOTEL of Apartment minimum 1 year
Communication skills
Must have excellent knowledge of HOTEL Industry
Target oriented and attractive personality
Sales oriented personality, good communication and have wide network
Willing to work on weekends when needed
Willing to be placed in Hotel Le Premier Kota Deltamas
